Clint - New Zealand is known for its adventure activities so we decided to take a taste today. First, we took a tour of the Bay of Islands, but not by small ferry. We took a jetboat into the swells of the Pacific. It wasn't too scary, but we did get a little seasick at times. The natural scenary was awesome and we saw the famous "Hole in the Rock" at Cape Brett on the end of the chain of islands. We were hoping for a whale or dolphins, but no luck.

We made the journey back south to Auckland and visited Sky City and the famous Skytower. What better to do with the tallest structure in the Southern Hemisphere (1076 ft) than to jump off of it! Theresa went first and then filmed me from the bottom. I tried to stay cool so she wouldn't back out, but I was
FREAKED OUT up there. It's cold, windy, and a long way down. We both overcame our body's natural reaction to stay on solid ground and made the leap. They dangle you about 50 feet from the top for a while, then release until snagging you just before you splat.
