On our way back to port, the sun broke through the clouds and gave us some great photos. I just spent 30 minutes narrowing it down to the two above. After arriving back, we took the 4 hour bus ride back to Hanoi.
We visited more of Hanoi's sites in the afternoon, including Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum (left) and many pagadas and religous sites. Tran Quoc Pagoda at West Lake (right) and One Pillar Pagoda (center) are Buddhist; and Ngoc Son Pagoda is Daoist; and the Temple of Literature is dedicated to Confusious, representing all the major faiths of Vietnam. We had another large dinner before getting to bed early for our early intra-country flight tomorrow.
