Day 76-77: Duluth, Minnesota and Ottawa National Forest, Michigan

We stayed at Walmart in Minnesota to load up on groceries before our next big journey through the Great Lakes!


We drove along Lake Superior to get to Michigan.





We camped in Ottawa National Forest on Lake Ottawa. It was in the Upper Pennisula of Michigan. We saw turtles and a beautiful sunset over the lake. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes were terrible and we got bitten up!

    The mosquitos are huge in MN. What is that white blip in thed picture? A lighthouse?

    Yes, indeed. Out on Lake Superior.
