We couldn't decide how far we wanted to drive so we just drove until we were tired. We hit that point in Billings which was the halfway point to our next destination. We decided to try sleeping at a Cabela's instead of Walmart. Cabela's is a sporting goods store which welcomed RVers. The store had a backlot just for RVers to park overnight. It had a fenced off dog and horse walking area!
After Cabela's, we decided to take a little break and stay in Montana for a few more days. The weather was going to be beautiful the next few days and we loved Montana. The KOA RV resort we stayed in had a heated swimming pool, mini-golf, and pedal push carts. We enjoyed the amenities!
